Re-anticipate is a research-by-design project exploring speculative practice, in particular, the iteration of concepts through participatory futuring. To effectively activate and engage with alternative futures, ideas and provocations must continue to develop. This project explores the discourse around the society’s shifting meat-eating practices in response to the growing trend of lab-cultured meats.

Speculations of futures of meat production and consumption were created by re-anticipation, iterating upon speculations to produce new insight through engagement with a diverse audience.
